The Opportunity:

As a Marketing team member, you’ll support efforts to boost XP Health client acquisition, member sign-up and engagement, and member retention through supporting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising. 

Key Responsibilities:

• General Email Production
• Code templates, setup mailings
• QA mailings, verify formatting, check links
• Ensuring the design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly. 
• Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates.
• Execution of email campaigns including working with engineers and third-party email vendors to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Support deployment of tests to improve key metrics (opens, clicks, etc) across campaigns.
• General Marketing support
• Monitor social media posts/campaigns including asset development and scheduling.
• Help execute speaking engagements, conferences, events, and sponsorships.
• Performance Reporting
• Provide by email performance reporting
• Provide campaign performance reporting
• Provide social media performance reporting
• Provide event performance reporting

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role (internships included)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This is a fast-paced operation, with multiple stakeholders in high-growth phases.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required

Bonus Skills: 

• Visual design and coding experience. 
• Experience with ESP’s (Email Service Provider) such as Responsys (by Oracle), Data Axle (Yesmail), Epsilon, Acxiom, or Sailthru
• Experience with Marketing Automation and Relationship Marketing Tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Amplemarket, Adobe Cloud, or customer.io

CA Pay Range:

$35 - $45/hour
